Today is the first day of the rest of my blog

This is a starving 'art' blog. I should possibly rename it "The Crotchety Crafter" for better truth in advertising. You'll be privvy to my 'art' projects, thrift store scores, vintage compulsion, and possibly sometimes some whining. I love the unusual, the fierce, the spooky, the seasonal, the vintage, the sweet as sugar, the sparkly, dark, futile, cute, passionate, thoughtful, hopeful, whimsical, wishful and .... whatever you made, thrifted, altered, or glittered today.

I've two sets of twins, more than the legal limit of cats, and one completely defenseless husband. I thrift, glue, glitter, and hermit. I love Halloween and Yuletide, buttons, vintage, postcards, retro, pop culture and quiet.
